Winter (Indoor) 2024 Futsal for PSC Travel Players Born 2014 & 2015.

This training opportunity will be a seven (7) Week Program at Plainedge Middle School (Gymnasium).

Sunday(s) from 2:30-4:00pm. 

The Program training dates are as follows: 

January; 14 / 21 / 28 

February; 4 / 11 / 25 

March 3

*Futsal is played with a smaller ball with less bounce than a regular ball. The surface, ball, and rules create an emphasis on improvisation, creativity and techniques, as well as ball control in small spaces. 

*The nature of the game places a large emphasis on technical skill and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. The hope is the program will further the developmental of the clubs players, with the fundamental skills of dribbling and ball control being something that can be transferred into the regular outdoor season.

*Sessions will feature an hour of skills training and ball mastery, and half an hour of small-sided Futsal games. 

*Indoor footwear must be worn. NO Cleats in the gymnasium
